•Butternut Squash Bisque - roasted butternut squash, coconut milk, sage

•Salmon Cake - salmon,smoked salmon, potato,chives, sour cream, whole grain mustard cream sauce

 

Second Course - with choice of 2 sides  

•Turkey - roasted turkey, cornbread stuffing, gravy

•Flounder - winter flounder (or blackfish depends on availability) with crab hollandaise

•Fall vegetable ragu - mixed squash, pearl onions, parsnips, carrots over crispy grits
